Front Range Funeral Coaches Ltd. was founded in June 2024 to address a clear and unmet need within the Colorado funeral service market: dependable, professional staffing and vehicle support that allows funeral homes to reduce overhead without sacrificing quality of service.

With more than 20 years of experience in the local funeral industry, the founder witnessed firsthand the increasing financial strain caused by rising staffing and operational costs. While trade services for cremation and embalming were widely available, there was a noticeable absence of professional, on-demand support for funeral directing and hearse transportation. Front Range Funeral Coaches was created to fill this gap and provide funeral homes with flexible, reliable solutions tailored to their needs.

The launch of the company required navigating a complex regulatory environment. Alongside the acquisition of a 2013 Cadillac Federal Coach, extensive coordination was undertaken with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) following the reintroduction of state licensure requirements. After nine months of compliance efforts and regulatory collaboration, Front Range Funeral Coaches Ltd. was officially granted authority to operate, establishing the company as a trusted professional asset within the local funeral service community.

Following its first year of operation, it became evident that many partner funeral homes also relied on Encore Funeral and Cremation Services. Through the founder’s dual roles as General Manager of Front Range Burial & Cremation and Administrative Manager for Encore, collaboration with Encore’s ownership naturally evolved. This partnership has allowed for greater efficiency and streamlined service delivery, strengthening support for funeral homes throughout the Front Range.
